The company’s logo we worked for was "Strategic Marine, living the dream".
But now diving and relaxing in 30+ weather and white sandy beaches blue clear water is living the dream!
Before we left, the first piece of the project that i worked on had to get out of the shed.
On our way over here, we went past the Pinnacles, and Kalbari National Park.
We stayed the night in Monkey Mia and went to see the dolphin feeding in the morning and Liselot got to hand feed one of the dolphins.
We are still in Exmouth and the weather is bad rain wind cold(well 20deg.) so we have some time to let yea now what’s happening this side of the world.
We both finished our Padi Open Water course, and passed with flying colours and we are doing the Advanced Course.
Now I get our friends who are already divers. It’s fantastic! Once you did it you now there is noting to be afraid off and our ears are fine, it’s just relaxing and enjoy the views. We have done 7 dives so far and tomorrow we are doing a night dive, at the navy pier where we did our first dive. We both don’t like the dark to much but it will be great.
Friday we do another 3 dive’s to finish the course.
Saturday we did a Whale shark-cruise . We did one dive and then the spotter plane came overhead and showed us the way to the Whale sharks. When we found them 10 people is the max allowed in the water with them. Is for safety and conservation. You have to stay 3M away from the side and 4M from the tale. But it was amazing to see those creatures really beautiful. We saw 2 small once about 3M in length so 2 to 3 years old they Can reach 100 years of age and up to 18 to 20m in length. They made a DVD of our day its great we can see our self’s diving. Might put it on youtube ill let yea know.
Yesterday we went snorkeling at “Oysterstacks” and saw a sea turtle.
